There’s a part of the lyrics in Dancing Queen there goes like this, “having the time of your life”… I just wonder about that passage… Have I been having the time of my life for the past 17 years? I’ve been grateful to have such blessing upon my life where I grew up to be a normal kid. But being normal isn’t enough for somebody else. I enjoy being myself… I love myself; in fact I’m happy to me. I was reading from the book written by Sophie Kinsella, Remember Me? I know it might be a book which only girls read it. But it’s funny and that’s how a person would want his or her life to be exactly the same. Waking up the next day, everything seems to be perfect, having a great job, teeth, hair and spouse. I’d love to experience it also. Dreams I would say… But not everything turns out to be perfect… until she realized her life is actually so messed up. Haha, wouldn’t want that to happen to me.
I went to Santubong last last Saturday with my sister, who had just gone back to Singapore again. I hope she’s doing well again this time, despite the fact that she’s having a cyst in her ovaries. She’s been such a blessing and spoils us a lot. I mean really spoil us with JUNK FOOD particularly. She enjoys cooking for us and then she’ll sit down with us around the table and enjoy looking at us eating. How funny…
We went to visit my grandma after that. She’s living in this house for her whole life. And I went to a lake nearby.
Can’t believe SPM’s actually 30 plus days apart. I will surely miss the school life, the friends, the blackboard, the noises and the teachers. Things would totally be different once we step into college or university, starting our own new life.
Warmth of a classroom.. gonna missssss it a lot.. look at that faustine..
Yikes, so sweet..
And we went to Lundu and Sematan for the Durian Mission planned several weeks ago. Oh man, it was fantastic… the weather’s just ok. Not too sunny and it rained a bit. We went to John’s place where there are lots of durian trees grown. Managed to found some and it tasted so nice. Well, at least for some of it. Then we went to the seafood restaurant which we had a visit before and had our lunch there. I prefer the meal that was prepared before this. Here are some pictures to feed your eyes!
Hua Yong trying to steal our fruits away!! Haha
